These terms and conditions apply between you and 620 Media Ltd, the owner and operator of safeaihabits.com and the Safe AI Habits platform. Please read them carefully - your use of the website or platform constitutes acceptance. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website.
Safe AI Habits operates two channels: an MSP partner channel (described in detail below) and a direct B2C channel at app.safeaihabits.com with per-seat retail pricing. These terms cover both unless otherwise stated.
All content on this website - unless uploaded by users - is the property of 620 Media Ltd or relevant third parties, and is protected by copyright, trademarks and database rights. Nothing here grants any licence to use our trademarks or content except as expressly provided.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or re-use content from the website without express written permission from 620 Media Ltd.
You may not use the website or platform in any way that causes damage or interferes with other users; is harmful, unlawful, abusive, harassing or threatening; or involves storing or transmitting electronic copies of copyright-protected content without permission.
The following terms apply to MSPs and IT providers who sign up as reseller partners.
A 45-day self-serve trial is available with no payment details required. During the trial:
Trial extensions are at our discretion and can be requested in-app.
The partner plan is billed monthly by card via Stripe, recurring until cancelled. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. Existing subscribers keep the price they joined at - price changes apply to new activations only.
The plan includes a monthly allocation of licences added to the pool. The included quantity may change; changes apply to all subscribers from their next monthly payment.
Taxes (UK/EU VAT and equivalents) are calculated and added automatically at checkout based on billing address. EU B2B buyers must supply a valid VAT number. All charges are in USD; any non-USD amounts shown are indicative only. A VAT-compliant receipt is issued for every payment.
Licences accumulate in a central pool and never expire individually - they remain available for as long as the account is live. Licences are consumed only when allocated to a client workspace.
The MSP's own internal team trains and certifies free, without limit, permanently restricted to the MSP's own email domain. Internal team certification never consumes licences.
Licences are not refundable and there is no mechanism to return an allocated licence to the pool.
One-off licence pack purchases are available at any time while the partner plan is active. Packs cannot be purchased without an active plan. Pack pricing is banded by cumulative volume - current rates are shown on our pricing page and are subject to change. A VAT-compliant invoice is issued for every pack purchase.
Promotional coupon codes may apply percentage or fixed discounts to the subscription or to licence packs. Single redemption per account unless otherwise stated.
The account owner can cancel from Account settings at any time. Nothing changes until the end of the paid period - full access continues and the cancellation can be undone before then.
At period end, the account closes: all access stops except the owner's, no further charges are made, and nothing is deleted. The owner retains sign-in for 30 days to export learner data and the certificate register, or to reactivate. Re-subscribing restores the entire workspace and all access immediately.
After 30 days the account is queued for deletion and data is permanently removed. Deletion is performed manually, so brief additional retention may occur. Trial accounts can be closed immediately by the owner, with the same 30-day export window. Licences already granted are not refunded on cancellation.
A failed monthly payment marks the account past due. Stripe retries automatically. If payment ultimately fails, access continues through a 14-day grace period after the last paid period, then the workspace is suspended until payment resumes.
Each account has exactly one account owner, transferable in-app. The account owner is the primary contact and the only person able to manage the admin team, cancel, or close the account.
